Online purchases must be returned within 30 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including music, movies, video games, software and collectibles. All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
It’s easy to return a Plainandsimpledeals.com purchase through our Online Returns Center. Here’s how:
1. Indicate how you received the item. Are you the purchaser? Are you
returning a gift?
2. If you are the purchaser, select the appropriate order from your account
history, and then click “Continue”.
3. If you are returning a gift, please enter the Order ID from the packing slip
and click “Continue”. You’ll then be prompted to enter your name and
email address. This is needed in order to process your refund.
4. Select the reason for the return and select the quantity of items you are
returning. Then click “Continue”.
5. Select the return method of your choice and click “Continue”.
6. Follow the printing and return instructions.
7. If you are returning an item that weighs over 150 pounds, please contact
our customer service to arrange a pick up for your return.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the item has a shipping surcharge, shipping surcharges are not refundable. Refunds for all orders will be less our actual shipping cost if they exceed the amount that we charged you to ship your order. Returns void any special offers or promotions used at time of purchase. For your convenience, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. If the return is a result of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping.
Products returned Opened with missing items, packaging or accessories or customer caused item, packaging or accessory damage that cannot be resold as for any reason will be discarded with no refund.
We recommend you send your return via a trackable service such as parcel post with delivery confirmation or UPS and insure it for your own protection as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Be sure to maintain a copy of any tracking numbers in your records in case you need to contact us.
Restocking Fees: Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, including camcorders, digital cameras, portable DVD players and portable electronics.
Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.

Late Returns
For most items, we can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Products that are not returnable will be clearly marked on the page. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
No Exchanges
Plainandsimpledeals.com makes a concerted effort to be able to make great merchandise offers up to 70% off what you would find in the store. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size in our supply chain. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Plainandsimpledeals.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please complete this form (click) so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipments without valid RMA numbers will be rejected. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges to Plainandsimpledeals distribution network. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. Fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Return eligibility is for single purchase of product only.
